THE MOLE RESORT, DEVON

Project Architect for a £20m+ 58-lodge resort in Devon, in collaboration with modular contractor Starship Group. The project involved converting Planning Application drawings into Building Control technical plans, optimised for Modular Panelised construction. Lodge designs were subsequently revised to align with budget constraints, followed by a strategic re-submission for planning approval. Beyond the lodges, the project also included a holistic redesign of the central guest hub, maintenance facilities, and other on-site structures, ensuring a cohesive and well-integrated resort environment.

Another successful planning application for our proposal of a new-build 5 bedroom super-home in South Ribbles greenbelt. The property features traditional detailing to the front elevation, sympathetic to its rural setting, whilst creating a strong sense of place and architectural identity through bold contemporary elements to the rear.

We have delivered a comprehensive planning and building regulations package for a development in Wallasey, Wirral, featuring newly designed house types tailored to the site. The scope of work included the creation of detailed planning drawings and supporting documentation, leading to successful planning approval at committee. In addition to securing planning permission, Evoke Architecture also provided Construction and Building Regulations drawings, ensuring that the designs are fully compliant with regulatory standards and ready for construction. This project exemplifies our commitment to delivering well-considered, compliant designs that meet both client needs and local authority requirements.

Planning permission has been granted for a modern new-build facility in Derbyshire, classified as Use Class C2 – respite accommodation for children with disabilities. The scheme provides tailored care and support within a fully accessible environment. Evoke has led the project from concept through to technical design. The development sets a new benchmark for inclusive, well-considered architecture, with layouts designed to enhance comfort and quality of life for its residents.
