What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Accessibility arrangements in the organisation
Our office is access via the medieval historic upper rows of Chester, and therefore is not wheelchair accessible as there is no elevators. Whilst we would like to upgrade these facilities our building is Grade II listed and such amendments would not be allowed (Subject to a conservation officer). We have however ensure there is adequate handrails and landings with visually contrasting staircase treads. We also offer consultations at your property, virtually or at any café in Chester that is wheelchair accessible should the need be required.
